Question about referrals

by Hello Adii , I was wondering , I paid for 10 referrals back in Nov. or Dec. , then things changed , and you said we would get referrals back for 1 month as rentals , but I never got mine , is it just oversight or other people in same situation ? I'm not complaining , just any click sure could help me.
